PARRY · LEGAL

Terms of Service

Effective July 7, 2026 · M3 Labs LLC

1. The service

Parry (the "Service"), operated by M3 Labs LLC ("we", "us"), runs structured adversarial deliberation between AI models from multiple providers: models propose, cross-examine, and challenge each other's positions on a question you supply, and the deliberation is recorded as a dossier — verdict, points of contention, transcript, and cost receipts. Parry is a deliberation and record-keeping tool. The Service is marked patent pending (USPTO provisional application filed).

2. AI output is analysis, not professional advice

Dossiers are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading — including confidently so. Output in any domain (including software, medical, legal, and investment domains) is analysis for your deliberation, not professional advice, and no professional–client relationship is created. You are responsible for decisions you make with it. Sensitive domains carry additional in-product disclaimers, which are part of these terms.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You may not use the Service to violate law, to infringe others' rights, to probe or disrupt the Service, or to submit content you have no right to submit. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Fees, quotas, and BYOK keys

The free tier is metered in US dollars of model spend on our provider keys (marketed as an approximate number of bouts; actual bout costs vary with length and models). When you bring your own provider API keys ("BYOK"), requests run against your provider accounts and you pay your providers directly; we add no markup. BYOK keys are encrypted at rest and used only to run the bouts you start. Per-bout model spend is metered and itemized in the dossier's receipts.

5. Your content and your records

You retain ownership of what you submit and of your bout records. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service — to process your inputs through the AI providers you select and to store and render your dossiers back to you. Bout records are private to your account by default.

6. Research contribution (opt-in)

Parry studies how AI models disagree. You can choose to contribute your bout records to that research via the "Contribute to research" setting. It is off by default. If you turn it on, anonymized bout records — the question, model positions, challenges, and outcomes, with personal identifiers scrubbed — may be included in aggregated research datasets and analyses. Turning it off stops future use and also withdraws bouts you created while it was on from anything assembled after that point. Regardless of this setting, bouts built from GitHub-imported repository content are used only as aggregate statistics (never code or prose) unless the repository owner has separately opted in.

7. Third-party AI providers

Bouts are executed by third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI). Your inputs are sent to the providers used in a bout and are handled under their terms and data policies. We do not control provider availability, pricing, or model behavior.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, M3 Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $20 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use after a change is acceptance of it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: [email protected].
